Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every QuickDorm order to be perfect. This policy explains when and how you can cancel orders and request refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

Within 2 minutes of placing

You can cancel freely before a delivery partner accepts the order. Full refund guaranteed.

After partner acceptance, before pickup

Contact support immediately at quickdormofficial@gmail.com. Cancellation may be possible at our discretion. Refund subject to review.

After dispatch / out for delivery

Orders cannot be cancelled once the delivery partner has picked up and is en route. No refund applies in this case.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted in the following situations:

  • 📦

    Wrong item delivered

    You received a product different from what you ordered.

  • 🍛

    Damaged or spoiled product

    The product arrived in an unusable or unsafe condition.

  • Missing items

    One or more items from your order were not delivered.

  • 🚫

    Platform-initiated cancellation

    QuickDorm cancelled your order due to stock issues or technical problems.

  • 💳

    Payment debited but no order confirmed

    Your payment was deducted but the order was not created.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled after dispatch
  • Delivery failed because the customer was unavailable or did not respond
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Product consumed or used before reporting an issue
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Perishable items (dairy, fresh produce) once delivered

4. How to Report an Issue

    Report within 2 hours

    Issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. Late reports may not be accepted.

    Email with evidence

    Send photos of the incorrect/damaged item to quickdormofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID.

  3. 3

    Investigation

    Our team will review your report within 24 hours and notify you of the outcome.

  4. 4

    Resolution

    Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within the timelines below.
