Common Questions
My order is delayed. What should I do?
Check the real-time status in My Orders. If it's been more than 40 minutes, email us with your Order ID and we'll investigate immediately.
I received the wrong item. What now?
Take a photo of the item received and email it to quickdormofficial@gmail.com within 2 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a refund or replacement.
I forgot my password.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. An OTP will be sent to your registered email address.
How do I become a delivery partner?
Visit the Delivery Partner registration page or email us with "Delivery Partner Application" in the subject line.
