QuickDorm is built for campus communities. Our delivery service is specifically designed for hostel and residential zones within registered university campuses.
📍 Delivery Zones
QuickDorm delivers exclusively to:
- ✓Registered university hostel blocks
- ✓On-campus residential zones
- ✓Campus faculty quarters (where registered)
- ✓Recognised campus buildings (labs, libraries — during operating hours)
⚠️ Off-Campus Delivery Not Available
We currently do not deliver to addresses outside registered campus zones. Orders placed to unregistered addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

⚠️ Delivery Failure Protocol
If a delivery cannot be completed:
- 1The delivery partner will attempt to contact you via your registered phone number
- 2If unreachable, the partner will wait up to 3 minutes at your hostel entrance or designated drop point
- 3If delivery still cannot be completed, the order will be marked as Failed Delivery
- 4For a failed delivery due to customer unavailability, the order is non-refundable
- 5Contact support within 1 hour if you believe a delivery failure was caused by a system or partner error

QuickDorm currently offers free delivery on all orders within registered campus zones. No minimum order required.
