Go to My Orders from the bottom navigation. Tap on your order to see real-time tracking status. Orders are updated every 15 seconds automatically.

You can cancel a COD order before it is confirmed by the admin. Online payment orders cannot be cancelled once payment is done. Go to Order Details and tap "Cancel Order".

Standard hostel delivery typically takes 10–30 minutes depending on order volume. Doorstep delivery may take a bit longer. You can track live status in the app.

There is no minimum order amount. However, a small handling & packaging fee applies to all orders.

Yes! During checkout, you can select or add any delivery address. The contact details from the address will be used for delivery.
